We barely had time to enjoy the spectacular performances during ESL One Cologne 2018, and a new epic competition is about to start. The best teams in the world will compete at ELEAGUE CS:GO PREMIER 2018.

The top eight CS:GO professional crews will compete for an impressive prize pool of $1,000,000 from July 21 to July 29 in Atlanta, USA. The epic clash will take place at G-FUEL ELEAGUE Arena.

This is the second CS:GO Premier tournament in the ELEAGUE series. The first one was held last year, also in Atlanta. FaZe clan won the competition, after defeating their opponents Astralis by 2:0.

We are about to find out whether the European team will be able to defend their title, or will the world see a new champion.

Last year we watched 16 teams competing in regional qualifiers for their ticket to the main event. This year the format has changed a little – the organizers of the event sent eight direct invitations, and put teams into two groups.

    ELEAGUE CS:GO PREMIER 2018 Format

    The tournament format will be as follows:

    Group Stage (July 21 – 25)

  • Two groups with four teams in each, playing matches in double-elimination (GSL) system
  • All matches are Bo3
  • The first and second places advance to the play-off, two bottom teams are eliminated
  • Play-Off (July 28 – 29)

  • Single-elimination system
  • Semi-finals are played by Bo3
  • Finals are Bo5
  • This year’s ELEAGUE CS:GO PREMIER 2018 prize pool is $1,000,000**.**
